Once a project is completed Chambers offers a full and on-going maintenance service for the installation. This includes electrical inspections, test and inspections, emergency lighting and fire alarm testing together breakdowns and call out service.

Each air conditioning installation is specific to the site or client. We have installation experience in all categories electrical projects ranging from residential, retail, and commercial. We have several FGAS registered engineers to hand who have many years’ experience.

After an initial meeting to discuss specific needs, a proposed design is presented to the client. This may also have been sent through an architect or mechanical consultant. Once everything is agreed, we would the installation process.

Lighting is sometimes overlooked but it is one of the most important aspects of any building and we pride ourselves in the ability to design and project manage installations from start to finish.

After an initial meeting with the client to discuss their needs, Chambers will produce a design proposal which will incorporate our ongoing consideration to the energy efficiency of a building, the efficiency of each fitting, the efficiency of maintenance and ensuring that the system is user friendly.

After completion, Chambers offers a full maintenance programme which can be organised through their office. This maintenance programme includes general maintenance, repairs and replacement where necessary and regular statutory emergency light testing. All statutory testing is diarised to keep any system up to date.
